does NOT work on phone

a point-and-click game but the pointer doesnt work? you have got to be kidding me! what a scam, do NOT buy this.
i tried to download it to my computer instead since i had already paid for it, but its asking me to pay again for it even though the phone version is unusable.
where is costumer service?
